All fire fighters must pass a HazMat Awareness and HazMat Operations class. We also have a HazMat team with more specialized training. We are in the process of becoming the HazMat Response team for all of Webster Parish.

SFD11 has an active rescue dive team for search & recovery operations.  We currently have more than 15 divers from Springhill District 11, Cullen District 6, Shongaloo District 9, and Sarepta District 5. The divers continue to pursue more certifications to provide North Webster Parish with a skilled dive team with state of the art equipment.

SFD11 provides EMS services to the community. We currently have 3 paramedics, 2 EMTs, and 13 EMRs.  First Responders are a vital part of your health & safety. They are quick to arrive on scene and assist the patient AND ambulance company as needed. Having First Responders ensures that you get medical attention swiftly.

SFD11 is North Webster's heavy rescue response department.
